For years, I was a single mom juggling life, chronic pain, and the endless demands of motherhood. Somewhere along the way, I lost sight of myself. I gave everything I had to my kids, believing that’s just what moms do. But I’ve learned that to truly care for others, we have to care for ourselves first.
During physical therapy, I started making bracelets to strengthen my hands. Unexpectedly, I found healing. Creating jewelry became more than a hobby; it became a way to reconnect with joy, purpose, and the version of me I thought I’d lost.
